Direct Response Contact Centres (DRCC), based in Bristol and already using CallScripter software, recently acquired two Suffolk businesses from IPPlus and also acquired GoResponse, making it the leading independent digital multi-channel contact centre group in the UK. The acquisitions include Ansaback and CallScripter, and there are no plans to change the executive management or employment structures of the acquired businesses.
